SELF CARE ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE:

5 Minutes

  • Make yourself a warm drink

  • Drink a glass of water with lemon

  • Write down things you are grateful for

  • Smile

  • Do focused breathing

  • Brush your hair

15 Minutes

1 Hour or More

  • Do Yoga

  • Go for a Walk

  • Read a book

  • Pamper yourself

  • Listen to your favorite music

  • Add leafy greens to your meals

  • Eat more fruits

  • Call someone you love

  • Spend time with friends

  • Create a vision board

  • Buy yourself some flowers, plants

  • Unplug from social media
